In 2006, while having a stunt in Peru, I met a late 20’s French woman who celebrated her PHD in law regarding her concern to the potential disappearing debt a French society/government owes to individuals. She also thought that racism was getting pretty disinhibited which would damage Europe and international relations. What is the position of a vulnerable individual in an over liberal society? Someone who would need to justify their poverty and pay a high price as punishment!
In 2015, Katie Hopkins wrote a malicious and racist column for The Sun where she compared desperate people fleeing their land as cockroaches “Make no mistake, these migrants are like cockroaches. They might look a bit 'Bob Geldof's Ethiopia circa 1984', but they are built to survive a nuclear bomb. They are survivors.” That sort of debauched disdain vomited towards vulnerable people – unemployed, homeless, from an ethnic minority – (also calling them cockroaches) has spread its venom to social networks shamelessly... in France... in May 2026!
On an email dated 18 Nov 2025 at 09:42
addressed to Hackney council tax office in CC to journalists, Green and Labour
Party in Hackney, I wrote “...Due to the
recurrence of Mayor of Hackney Caroline Woodley and my GP trying to section me
since 2022 for being pseudo psychotic and schizophrenic as well as having
delusion of persecution...” I criticised the council “Misogyny is blatantly recurrent!” while putting me under constant severe
pressure and intimidation since winning my court case against landlord in September 2023 until
I could no longer take it... in September 2024.
Hackney Council was not reviewing my case unless... “If I’m not on medication and if I’m not seeing a psychiatrist, Hackney
Council won’t view me as suffering mental health issues they have been causing!”
I continued “If a woman is disobedient,
they will lobotomise her in their wildest fantasies! ... Why do people have to queue in Hackney
centre for Citizen Advice Bureau when CAB is not a closed building... Queuing
starts before 7AM on Wednesday and Fridays, the doors open at 9am, they only
accept the first 20 people! This is inhuman.” I added “Early
2025, Barbican stopped
inviting me to their exhibition press views… Woodley’s son is flying at Barbican…” [Woodley deleted her link “It's
my birthday, so I reckon I'm allowed a proud mum minute! ...”

Council hired a Lambeth Director of Housing Strategy and Homelessness to
replace Jennifer Wynter who caused tremendous
suffering to Hackney vulnerable residents, I wrote with attachments as evidence
“On 18 November 2025, I
sent an email (below) ‘responding’ to my Council Tax reduction claim made on 4 November 2025 (at the bottom).
Returning home, two
letters were waiting for me: an application from Council tax office to backdate
my Council tax sent 1st class on 13 November - received
18 November (from Hackney to Hackney) –
envelop as attached; a letter – as attached x2 - by Director of Housing
Strategy and Homelessness dated 28 October 2025 /
received 18 November (from Hackney to Hackney – [Dusseldorf to London in 1950 was quicker!]) letting me know my Council Tax reduction had been accepted from 20 September 2025...
In short, my Council Tax reduction I
applied for on
4
November 2025 was accepted on 28 October 2025!
On 2 February 2023,
Head of revenues sent a PDF via email regarding my complaint (ref 15035953)
about the outrageous treatment I suffered from the Council Tax team via email –
eventually informing me that I didn’t know where I lived – as well as letters
that arrived up to two months late or never arrived. The Council Tax team’s behaviour towards me was not
addressed; the Post Office was at fault! Nobody has
ever shown any evidence of sending reminders for Council Tax I didn’t pay for
an entire year... [I didn’t pay Council Tax because I lived on a boat but because they never
sent a Council Tax book for 2022-2023]
I am re-attaching my
Conversation with Council Tax from email correspondence: 29 July 2025 to 20 October
2025. Between mockery, dehumanising, undermining, mansplaining, DARVO, misogyny
and incomplete information / no information given to specific questions, would
you, N Clarke [Head of revenues], still send a
similar PDF?
Would you admit that every
single year, a few times a year, I am subjected to stress, distress, ongoing
unnecessary anxiety? i.e: soon after
winning a court case (September 2023) my
landlord and flat agent set up against me, Jennifer
Wynter stopped all my benefits; months before that she took £100 off my
benefits which she had to replace [it took her three months to do so] because she had no reason to do so; weeks after stopping my
benefits, Josie Crisp (JW’s colleague) and my ward Cllr (and lawyer) Labour
Margaret Gordon sat on my sofa [December 2023] bullying me
for two hours that I had to participate to incentive [with money compensation
from court case] towards my landlord in
order to avoid homelessness... Gordon finally filled a section 22 against my
landlord with a similar document I had sent my solicitor in 2022: she got all
information about my address and rent wrong adding that nobody wanted to help...
she was supposed to fill section 13... [her fake error led me to rent
arrears]
Following the bullying and
misogyny I went through in Citizen Advice Bureau’s office between the debt
advisor and a lad in Council Tax, I refused to continue talking and said I was
not going to apply for backdating as I was constantly misinformed. Despite my
request to leave me alone, lad still sent me a Council Tax backdate application
received on 18 November. 19 November
at 3°C, I arrived at 6.30am in Hackney centre for CAB at 9am: a meeting on 21 November was set up where I was told to fill the
application stating I didn’t know what I was doing / I was confused... then I
should get my file from GP instead.
Why do I have to go to a
GP that doesn’t care about my mental and physical health; why can’t N Clarke
and co take accountability for their actions
/ ongoing harassment, exacerbated virility (even from
women who learn from their peers)?
N Clarke, do you back up Keir Starmer addressing issues like mental health, masculinity etc to his
son so we live in a better
world [virility has a huge cost on society]? Or would you agree with Trump
calling a female journalist a piggy while telling her to shut up?
Last year, when I stopped
my benefits, it was not out of a loony stunt or because I worked or I won the
lottery. Jennifer Wynter had once
again harassed me all Summer and decided early Autumn to ask for my bank
account statements. Was it legal to do so? Absolutely! But it was absolute
abuse to keep at me out of power control!
I am asking you to admit
my mental health has deteriorated because your team played psychological games;
I am asking you to reduce my Council Tax from last year when my benefits
stopped.
Disclaimer: once I applied
for Universal Credit, my mother put £2500 on my bank account. I had no idea she
would do so. I have partly used the money for a back therapy: they told me I
have serious issues with hip, disk and nerves trapped. Treatment is stopping
next week. If I want it to continue, I will have to ask my mother to send more
money. I have also found a mental health therapist which will cost me £65 per
week, hopefully starting in January 2026. I have
received no help for my mental and physical issues from NHS in Hackney and I
hope I can ask my mother to send some extra money

NO REPLY but 26 January 2026,
Universal Credit took £20 off from £400 I have been receiving since October 2025... 31 January 2026, I
received a letter from Director of Housing Strategy and Homelessness dated 22 January 2026 informing me that from 22 December 2025,
I’ll get £380 monthly.
So a bunch of lads in Hackney Council earning (I guess) £4000 a month
decide a woman’s life will be fine with £380 monthly! 4 February 2026 at

applying for a Severe Mental Impairment (SMI)...” 23 February 2026,
I was evicted!
Would it not be time for a council to hire people who must not make a
career out of residents’ poverty? Call me a naive, but would it be possible to
have a maximum wage roof of £2700 monthly for the highest payslip?

Officer
in Hackney Council after I spent around six hours in their office on 25 February 2026 saying I was HOH; I had no phone; I suffered mental health
issues; a slipped disk and a hip problem; I failed my suicide on 23 February 2026:
26 February 2026 at 13:04:31 GMT: “In regards to temporary accommodation, The Council has a duty to
provide interim accommodation to those that are in "priority need."
This typically includes the following applicants: - Those that are vulnerable
due to physical disabilities, physical health conditions or a mental illness”
He and his team of Homeless Prevention officers refused to accommodate me!
26 February 2026 at 15:13:35 GMT: “I am trying to put you forward for some private rented studio
properties; however, they need a phone number
to contact you on. Is there a number you could use for this?”
26 February 2026 at 15:37, I sent what I believed being a full
medical history! The document was eight pages long. Being in the street or ‘sleeping’
in a sofa after being evicted, my body was shattered, my brain was racing. I
did go to my GP practice and asked for a full
medical history because Hackney Council wanted it. They asked me to wait... I
waited one hour and they gave it to me in print and sent it via email! I had no
problem with the fact it was only eight pages; I didn’t even look through it! I
was so exhausted!
27 February 2026, I informed him I was struggling
with calculating rents etc. How can people in the street being required to
perform well at all levels? I was sleep deprived. He told me off Fri 27 Feb at 16:52: “Please
use the calculator I sent you in the previous email https://lha-direct.voa.gov.uk/” I couldn’t cope, I had
no idea what this was all about; I’m a writer not a mathematician! The level of
inhumanity is kept high at Hackney Council!
2 Mar at 11:24: “Please see attached documents; Your case is in the Relief Duty stage,
this gives the council 56 Days to help you
relieve your homelessness by helping you to secure settled accommodation that
you find. I have also drawn up your Personal Housing Plan (PHP) which outlines
the steps to be taken. Please have a read through it as there is a lot of
information in there” Huge amount of information, impossible to digest.
Information included contacting luxury flat agents in Mayfair; BBC links showing evidence that I should leave Hackney, even London... A phone call interview with him planned for 23 March when I should prove I am looking for flats! At 13:21, he emailed again “Ok
I will make the referral to Lea Bridge Hostel. I will issue a new date for the meeting” [I would like to see evidence he contacted Lea Bridge Hotel!]

Hotel, he wrote: “They advised that their
referrals are currently closed but they have added me to their mailing list for
when it reopens” He stopped answering emails; he never issued a meeting date!
56 days had passed since 16 April; Mayor elections took place on 7 May 2026; 8 May 2026 in the
morning, it seemed obvious Green Party

from opportunist Homeless Prevention Officer is an aberration – starting with a
jolly happy go lucky mood when I have no safe roof]: “Good Morning Sybille Hope all is well I am getting in touch for an
update on your current circumstances. How are things going? Where are you
currently staying? Have you managed to find accommodation or had any viewings?
As I previously advised, Lea Bridge Hostel did not have any vacancies when I
enquired in March, however, as of yesterday they have advised that they will
have availability soon. I will be making a referral and update you on the next
steps I understand you had some documents you wanted to provide. Please note, I
have not received anything from you yet. Can you advise what exactly these
documents are and what they say? Who did you provide them to?” I had been
in touch with a few actors in Hackney regarding my distress, my stress level
regarding his neglect; my rage when I discovered, changing GP, that my full
medical history is 49 pages long! Nobody in the Homeless Prevention team
judging my case in Hackney Council found strange that a menopaused woman who
spent 30 years in London had eight pages of medical history... they have no empathy,
no shame, no guilt to send a woman in the street to get raped, to commit
suicide, to face prostitution! At 11:54, Hackney Citizen published “Greens’ Zoë Garbett wins Hackney
mayoral contest”
FUN FACT: Lea Bridge Hostel: “... does not provide or supply the following: bedding, sheets, pillows,
quilts, covers, crockery, pots, pans, plates, bowls etc” A hostel that supplies
less than a prison is a death camp where no free hot meals is provided in the
area. I have lost my belongings; I have given my kitchen stuff to Oxfam; I would have to buy new stuff
with £380 I get monthly... The Hackney joke is infinite!
Meanwhile, losing my
belongings / my life: clothes, books, DVDs...
My belonging got kidnapped
in a storage under the pretence of helping me... I pay for it for 6 months,
then Hackney sells my stuff and keeps the money:

The landlord didn't
comply... He said he had to be in the flat, and couldn't care less about what
you said... then he asked the very polite and decent young men to pack my
things in the van after putting pressure on me to ask them: I said they are
professional and it's not my business to tell them what to do or how to do
things. The guy in charge was pretty firm and told him they would pack the van
when ready. Then he got state agents to visit the flat while we were packing...
Eventually, he stood in
the flat entrance for one hour, then he stayed downstairs for the last hour.
But on arrival, he
admitted coming to the flat last week, so he could read all my letters, mails,
diaries, personal notes. He said he took pictures
of every single things. After saying he was selling the flat, I asked him if it
was because it was auctioned by my
solicitors due to him not paying his court fees since September 2023 - my solicitors told me
they would look at his assets and auction his propertie.s if he doesn't pay; he
said my solicitor can't re-possesed the flat or auction it, he has no intention
to pay the court fees, he no longer has debts, he was going to redecorate the
flat and rent it out. Opening all my EDF and Water Thames bills, he said I owed
him a lot of money and am in huge debt to EDF and WT. I said I only have to pay
my latest bills since I closed all my accounts.

I am sorry to hear that although you notified the landlord in advance you had some difficulties on the day. You also took the opportunity to confirm your utility bills were up to date.” She is not fazed that he opened my private life! I am nobody, just a piece of trash!
THE GREEN PARTY
For the past two years, I
have contacted the Green Party in Hackney to let them know of the level of
abuse I suffered. I was hoping they will be aware of what Hackney Council is
capable of doing and sort me out / avoid homelessness...
Zoe Garbett, Green Party 11 March 2026 to me via email: “I’m really sorry to read of the ongoing harms you are suffering… As an Assembly Member, I could write to the
responsible cabinet member at Hackney to ask them to look into your situation
and to highlight the institutional harm and failings that you are reporting.
Would you like me to do that?” Garbett
further went on at the London Assembly on 27 March 2026 via IG
“After investigating the practice of social housing allocations in London
boroughs, #AssemblyHousing has published the report: 'Barriers at every turn:
Social housing allocation in London’.” When Garbett points correctly the harm I am suffering as a disabled
woman that also affects my mental health issue– though I would call it
dehumanisation in lieu of harm – her fellow Hackney Green Party CLLR writes “I didn't act because I thought you were
advocating for yourself... I'm very
sorry to hear you've been made homeless... It sounds like you've had some
challenging and unsatisfactory interactions with the council. We all know council
services are stretched but it is no excuse for substandard service. I'm sorry
we've not been able to make a difference in your case.” For two years,
Green Party in Hackney received emails and articles I wrote about the agony I
was suffering because of Hackney Council; I found his reply pretty insulting! Substandard is such an understatement, so
downplaying the level of abuse I have been through. If they had acted in my
favour, the Green Party would have had a track record on dealing with
disability and homeless prevention; instead they used my deafness to gain my
community votes: 4 April 2026, Green Party invites the deaf community to their
event; 21 April 2026, Green Party Manifesto is available in BSL. Their manifesto to get Hackney residents vote Green on 7 May 2026
contains the word HOMELESS once; DISABILITIES (for children ONLY) twice! If I
find Garbett progressive and
enthusiastic (as well as being decently dressed / showing respect) I searched
the reason.s why she would dismiss my case: see answer in the French delicacy of delinquency.
Despite his lack of wording correctly the extreme mental pain I went
through, Green Party CLLR tried to understand the matter with Ben (Member Casework Manager, Member of
the CE Directorate Equalities Board, Mayor, Cabinet & Civic Support and
Member Casework, Chief Executive's Directorate) at Hackney Council. This is the
information he provided to Green Party CLLR who informed me on the 0 progress:
19 March 2026: “I've spoken directly with the councillor's casework officer about these
issues and asked that they try and reach out to the teams who you're in contact
with, making sure that they're considering the reasonable adjustments that you
might need to engage fully and get the support you're entitled to. I hope to
hear back from them mid next week.”
27 March 2026: “The casework team have raised this with 2 senior officers, however
they're away at the moment, I've been told I should be getting an update by
early next week now.”
7 April 2026: “I appear to
be getting given false timescales. I'll continue to chase up with the officers
in question.”
Interestingly enough, they
only communicated via email when I was not offered any other alternative than
communicating via phone because I am deaf and have no phone!
HEALTH
8 April 2026: Upon switching GP and getting one specialised in homelessness (it took some time to find out homeless people have their own medical territory!), I was welcomed by a young benevolent man who perceived the depth of my anxiety, nervosity, confusion. The nurse was as friendly – I got so lost by such empathy – did a battery of tests and told me I might be suffering from PTSD. I was then invited to meet an in-house man working for Citizen Advise Bureau. He landline-phoned Hackney Council, spoke to a lady called Mercy: he was not happy with the way I was treated considering my vulnerability health wise! I understood Hackney Council was going to get in touch with me... 15 April, nobody had been in touch with either of us! 22 April: I met again with CAB person; he spoke to a woman at Hackney Council: phone was hung up on him once he provided my DOB and NIN! He then spoke to Mercy who again promised to check my situation. This time, I asked him to get her full name with email. I wrote her email address down. He then looked at my medical history. This is when I found out it contained 49 pages. GP administration emailed me the full history. The content is so abhorrent and misleading that I became seriously concerned about what would be my position as a witness in a court hearing; my credibility as a victim!
These are samples but there is so much more to contest...
I have never told any GPs in France or UK I was profoundly
deaf!
Between 1996 and 1999, my GP in Hammersmith advised to get a
Freedom Pass:
I got it due to being partially deaf (I have the cookie’s
bite)
as well as being terribly affected by the maladie de Ménière
I can’t fake this! Why being so mean?
It is well reported stating serious physical pains due to menopausing;
Serious mental issues due to sexual violence: however my
aggressors did not
make me look like a cat, they kept posting (from 2017 to 2022)
a picture (1991) where my face is covered by a real cat
when a similar picture exists with my face!
I was assessed at Taking Changes in Shoreditch thanks to
GP’s referral in 2019;
Then I never heard from them despite accepting me!
In Spring 2022 (I could
no longer use shower and bath),
my solicitor advised to get notes from GP,
especially that my skin had been damaged on my neck and chest
by boiled water (in cold position); my back hurt terribly
preventing me from walking
due to the way I had to wash myself. This is a series of
going to the GP.
Eventually solicitor did not ask for medical history!
Last appointment with GP where she said
I was paranoid, psychotic, suffering from delusion of
persecution...
She mentioned a good friend of her was a psychiatrist and I
should see him; I told her I had seen two in France: one got rid of me because
I didn’t show any serious sign of being ‘deranged’;
The other was indeed sexist and wanted to put me on bach
flowers because he didn’t think there was anything major... I accepted
reluctantly her offer but then I declined when no
evidence these professional lads had on understanding sexual
violence!
She got a few things wrong / mis-reported my points:
I)
I went to court and due to evidence against landlord, judge
gave a new hearing date!
II)
My aggressor went to a gig at the Barbican, not in Hackney/Camden! I
told her
I
received four anonymous phone calls one hour before he posted
being at the gig!
I
was not happy to see her psychiatrist friend! She made up quite a lot of
things!
I have no memory telling
Hackney Council which GP practice I used!
Even if I told them, why
would they contact them in Spring
2022?
Do they own my body and mind?
This is so worrying that they gave me no support while going
to court
against landlord and flat agent, but they controlled my life!

Before sharing the other links [They did provide a long list of therapy
available in Hackney which my former GP in Springhill Practice in Hackney
failed to do so: I was left to believe there was no mental health services in
my former borough], I do need to make

with them as well as any kind of accommodation you may have. If you are with xxx as a GP, please share that too.

I can't share a phone number: I am deaf; I have no phone; I am not with xxx. [On 28 April 2026, I went to xxx that is not an independent organisation; Hackney Council funds it; xxx can’t help me because of this. I wrote to Ben and Cabinet for homelessness: “... J Samuels contacted Homeless Prevention Officer who replied to her; he is not aware of my 49 pages medical history.” I reminded them that on 23 April 2026, Cabinet for homelessness promised to pass on my 49 pages medical history.]
I am still
waiting for other online applications I filled... Due to feeling let down and
not at the top of my form, I went to GP specialised in homelessness. My first
session with him was 10 April 2026; he
treated me decently, discussed what was wrong with my body. 8 May 2026: he explained that my slipped disc was actually
called a disc bulge and showed me pictures online; told me Yoga, Pilates,
martial arts would help. [Homeless people are so rich for private or group
lessons!] Thinking he might be opened minded to alternative therapies, I asked
him if the eagle position would strengthen my back legs as he seemed to say it
was important. He knows nothing about yoga. I asked him if it was normal for a
GP to describe me as psychotic? I gave him the date my GP conversed with a
psychiatrist [I was unaware my previous GP had a conversation with that woman
in September 2024]
He read the medical report from my GP, then accessed letter from
psychiatrist; told me there was nothing to worry because the letter does not
say I am psychotic; told me I declined seeing Shoham. I said Caroline
Woodley (then Mayor of Hackney) booked that appointment with her without my
consent! [as a Hackney resident, GP knows Woodley; as a Jeremy Corbyn supporter, he
might know her personally]. Out of the blue, he asked if I heard
voices... I said I was not schizophrenic but I was fed up with GPs implying I
was or calling me psychotic or having delusions of... I faked searching for the
word “persecution”, so he ‘helped’ with “paranoia”. I didn’t deny symptoms of
paranoia as he wrote! If he had asked whether I was paranoid I would have
replied that women or people who suffered traumas would use paranoia as a mean
of defence / protection! I asked him if he could make a referral for a face to
face therapy. He replied I had to sort my social / homeless issue before I
could get to therapy sessions because it’s normal for homeless people to be
anxious and feeling low. I said that I had a long history of anxiety,
depression etc. He repeated he was not going to get me into therapy; I had to
sort myself out. He wrote I told him I was turned down to talking therapies
because of “history of psychosis”:
That is absolute bollox! Here is a perfect dominant white cis-straight man in
position of power telling a woman he does what he wants with her/me!
Fun Fact: he raises funds to help
homeless men into therapy while setting up a programme to increase their life
expectancy by nearly 10 years! Apart from an egotistical endeavour on the GP’s
part, why would a homeless person want to stretch their agony for another 10
years? Surviving for what? One is truly led to think that, in London, the best
choice is the one that entailed the greatest amount of suffering. The homeless
must die, but at a slow burning pace, in agony!
Why is my agony acceptable? How many women fall into GPs traps hoping for
help? Some high rank NHS peeps really behave like they wear a uniform!
After insisting on getting a therapist, I left his office because he
controls my life! My last chance to get help faded!
Checking my emails, I freaked out as Homeless Prevention Officer
(featured in Homelessness: Hackney Council’s
continued abuse from 25
February 2026 to 8 May 2026) got in touch with me - at the very moment GP told me
I needed to sort out my social/ homeless situation - after two months of
silence, offering a hostel as death camp for lepers... I freaked because it
echoed a similar scenario that happened to me in Spring 2022.
Am I legitimately paranoid? The first court case hearing was due March 2022; landlord and flat agent cancelled it after my
solicitor showed evidence I had a strong case. Eventually, they decided to
still go for it, so a new date was set up late March 2022 for 3 May 2022 at 15.30! On 2 April 2022, my
aggressor’s best friend (both former journalists and colleagues at Les Inrocks) twitted “Bring on the beautiful month of May” featuring the surname of
flat agent! Returning home after the court hearing in May -
when Judge told off landlord and flat agent and said there would be a new date
as it was unacceptable to let me live in sordid conditions – I had two emails:
one from Les Inrocks, the magazine
where I was sexually harassed in 1991-1992; one from Talking Therapy in Shoreditch Tue, 3 May 2022 at 15:39

with my supervisor, we believe that an assessment with a psychiatrist would be
beneficial to see what support would be best to help you with the difficulties
you are facing. Are you happy for me to make this referral for you to be seen
by a psychiatrist? Please reply to this email, even though the message
underneath says not to reply. I will keep an eye out for your response. Kind
regards B Rees CBT Therapist Talk Changes”
Rees is the guy who assessed me
after being referred by my GP: he implied I was schizophrenic and psychotic; he
asked me if I wanted to kill my aggressors. When challenged about questioning
women willing to kill their aggressors, he assured me that many women admitted
wanting to kill their aggressors... Anyway, further in the conversation, he was
trying to section me!
If I don’t accept to live in a dodgy hostel that does not provide
beddings and cooking materials, I won’t get a therapist! Men deciding on women’s
fate because it gives them a hard-on!
Fun fact: GP in homeless centre
told me there was nothing to worry about as Natalie Shoham did not write I was psychotic... Shoham did marathons in Brighton and
Paris where the daughter of my aggressor’s best friend did marathon. I moved to
London late 1992, JD Beauvallet (aggressor’s best friend) left Paris for Brighton mid 90’s! Why did Caroline
Woodley book me with Shoham
without my consent? Why did my former GP Lindsey
Angel wrote 13 September 2024 to Shoham about me “possibly psychotic two years ago... she has engaged with max fax”? Who
has a ball at my former GP practice when a dozen similar practices exist in
Hackney? Former Mayor of Hackney Woodley! A practice that self crown
themselves for championing compassion and empowerment! More Fun Fact: my aggressors set five

Upon discovering my full medical history on 22 April 2026, I email Mercy
(as featured in first HEALTH
paragraph) in CC to CAB man, to let her know about my medical history. I had
never dealt with her, yet she blocked me. I then emailed Ben (Member Casework Manager, Member of the CE Directorate Equalities Board,
Mayor, Cabinet & Civic Support and Member Casework, Chief Executive's
Directorate) and Green Party CLLR as well as LABOUR Cabinet Member for
Homelessness Prevention,
Housing needs and Rough Sleeping in Hackney. Within minutes Labour
cabinet for homelessness prevention replied ensuring this is followed up by the
service area.
Two days later, as I was still managing my own case, CAB lad decided to
step in right onto my face, asking Hackney Council a late review with my new
full medical history, omitting to send my link on my view
on NHS in Hackney! [Why is my voice on my health less important than the
fake reports GPs produce? Studying for seven years or more does not entitle
anybody to be superiors. They have knowledge but as a journalist, I have
knowledge of reporting which they prove to be incapable of!] I emailed him a
detailed note on our two meetings:
I met you on 8 April 2026:
You challenged me regarding incentive, defending
Hackney Council wanting my win money over court case I won against landlord and
flat agent – money I should put forward to participate to incentive…
You called Hackney Council Housing Service challenging
them over their decision to let me in the street despite being partially deaf
and having suffered stress over the years, depression etc. I believe you spoke
to Mercy: you said I needed help
because I didn’t understand anything; you didn’t seem happy to what she said to
you – I couldn’t hear her despite speakers being on!
Following your conversation with her, I asked you to
stop saying I didn’t understand things as if I was heavily stupid! I told you I
couldn’t cope!
After leaving you, I sent you emails with attachments
at your request showing evidence my deafness was challenged by Homeless
Prevention Officer – who wanted to meet via phone only; he said he could help
with accommodation only if I answered the phone; he contacted my GP after I
sent him a ‘full’ medical history (eight pages). [His team
made a decision on my situation based on EIGHT
PAGES that go as far as 1989 and nobody lifted an eyebrow that in over 30
years of me seeing GPs, only eight pages were available! I did ask SpringHill
Practice to give my full medical history in February 2026: I waited one hour… Weeks later I realized my GP Lindsey Angel failed to include our
three meetings in Spring 2022 regarding
me being depressed: she referred to her psychiatrist friend in Vivienne Cohen
House; sent me to Talk Changes; wrote to a back specialist; referred to a
feminist organization – all of this is detailed in my article TALKING
TO DOCS; I have given journalists names, letters, emails as
further evidence]
Still on 8 April 2026, I sent
you another email with three attachments and evidence of being abused by
Hackney Council hoping to have a reaction from you! Another one highlighting
their abuse!
13 April, I emailed you asking if Hackney
Council came back to you; on 15 April you said
they didn’t.
22 April 2026, we met again: you hadn’t heard from
Hackney Council. Neither had I… You read my medical history where you “found
out” I was Bi-polar… Not only did it freak me out you had access to my medical
history, but you were reading my kidney tests and I realised my full medical
history was 49 pages long! You called Hackney Council, spoke to a woman and you
forced me to speak to her as you decided my hearing was fine… Unable to hear
her, she asked you my DOB and my NIN, then she hung up; you called again and
spoke to Mercy. You suggested I have
a late review; I asked you to wait as I needed time to review my 49 medical
history pages.
Following our meeting, I asked to be sent my full
medical history and sent an email to Mercy
in CC to other people including you. Mercy
blocked me!
24 April 2026, you sent me an email that was
totally out of order: you didn’t send me a draft; you didn’t ask my consent /
permission; you treated me like I was stupid; you had no mention on how women
get abused as homeless!
I was in such distress, I couldn’t sleep; I spent a horrible
weekend and you can’t see the problem! You didn’t even apologise as it looks
like women have to be submissive and accept cheap solutions. Our contract
doesn’t allow men to speak in my name without consent; rape me whenever they
want to; undermine me etc!
For years, I have written articles on homelessness.
Only recently, I am realizing that Councils organize homelessness and blame
people for being drunk, drug addict, being bipolar, and schizophrenic,
psychotic…
If your Centre for homeless people is working hard to
help us, it might be time to attack the root of the problem: Councils saving
money on vulnerable people!
Hackney Council does not have to know where I live,
where I stay: this is no crucial information and I’m asking you to stop being
complicit to them!
I haven’t heard from him since! Many would say I’m too sensitive! No, you guys are pure gaslight and women are not robots ready to suck your dicks!

After sending my full medical history to Hackney Council etc on 22 April 2026, Jeremie Souteyrat lookalike reappeared right
next to where I was staying, one hour and half from Hackney, on 23 April 2026 at 8.15 AM!

5pm. I said to myself: if he leaves in the next 15 mns, then he defo stalks /
