MINISTRY OF HOUSING
MINISTRY OF HOUSING REPLIED on 6 DECEMBER 2024.
IT IS INSULTING; THEY ARE CLEARLY
STATING I’M A CONFUSED & A MISTAKEN WOMAN!
Below
are the emails and attachments I sent to Labour
Party; Ministry of Housing, Mayor of London, Mayor of Hackney and their LabourCllrs on 1 & 8 November 2024... After
winning a two year court case against landlord and flat agent in September 2023, Hackney
Council and landlord made my life unbearable + Mayor of Hackney Caroline
Woodley booked me without my consent to a psychiatrist specialised in psychosis and schizophrenia for menopaused & deaf women (I’m menopaused and
deaf); following a year of 0 actions from my borough and serious illegal or
corruption (I am not sure how to articulate the misconducts of benefits
officers and co in Hackney!), I was hoping someone would see the serious
problems as I linked my emails to my rogue landlord – what is in [ ] are not in emails, just some random comments:

my surname is Castelain]

Dear
Ms Castellaine,
Thank
you for your email dated 11 November 2024 [first email was sent 1 November 2024; second one on 8 November 2024] regarding your
privately rented property.
The
Department is unfortunately unable to comment on, or intervene in, individual
cases [I was actually
reporting about the malfunctions of Hackney
Council hoping Ministry of Housing would act directly to them!] ,
however I trust the below information may be of use.
I
can see from your email that you are unhappy with the service you have received
from a number of providers [all
from Hackney Council, Hackney Mayor, Hackney Councillors] – including your landlord [interestingly, he is the one they
noticed], although it seems you are already engaged with your local authority
in that instance [far too many
times for far too long, they do nothing which is why I took the trouble to
contact Ministry of Housing and London Mayor].
In
order to make a complaint about your local authority’s treatment of your case
against your
landlord,
you should contact them in the first instance – either via email (complaints@hackney.gov.uk) [basically, the writer of this email assumes I’m super
dumb: this is so corrupt that staff in Hackney
Council investigates on themselves!], by phone (020 8356 3770) or in
writing (Hackney Town Hall, Mare Street, Hackney, E8 1EA) [Just in case I don’t know where I
live]. If you remain dissatisfied at the end of their internal process,
you
should
contact the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman. You can do this online
(www.lgo.org.uk),
by phone (0300 061 0614) or in writing (Local Government and Social Care
Ombudsman,
PO Box 4771, Coventry, CV4 0EH).
Regarding
your correspondence with the Department for Work and Pensions, it is true [sweetie, Jennifer Wynter worked for DWP for years before working for Hackney Council for decades; JW has many contacts + she has harassed
me and suspended my benefits for 0 reasons far too often over the past two
years!] that every year a sample of benefit claims is randomly [This no random, this is harassment: almost every week, JW contacts me]
or selected from DWP’s administrative systems to combat fraud or error. In
2022-23 for example, this was 13,600 or around 0.06% of all claims. [Go combat fraud against
millionaires! I don’t give a damn about that info!]
Claimants
are asked to provide evidence such as identity documents and bank account
details as part of the review, to determine whether the amount awarded is
correct. [I can read their
letters, why repeat?]
If
you are dissatisfied with the service you received as part of this review
process, you can
complain
online (makeacomplaint.dwp.gov.uk), by phone (0800 328 5644) or in writing
(DWP
Complaints, Post Handling Site B, Wolverhampton, WV99 2GY). The Department will
not
field
complaints around Government policy in general, however, nor anything subject
to ongoing
legal
proceedings. [the writer has
totally dismissed the main point by DARVOing me / people on benefits]
Finally,
regarding your tenancy, you should speak
to your landlord [the
writer is on a piss-take journey!] if you do not wish to remain in the
property for the extended period
organised by your local authority. Please also continue to report any damp or mould to your landlord
as well, although you should also ensure you fulfil any terms agreed in your
tenancy contract such as maintaining adequate ventilation in the bathroom.
Thank
you again for taking the time to write to us.
Yours
sincerely,
Exxxxxxe

Some
Tweets below showing how Labour CLLRs really don’t care about HOUSING; some
residents – like me- are threatened:

July 2024 @Paul_Convery
- Islington Councillor; Labour since 1973: In
Islington, Labour re-gained control of our Council in May 2010 on the same day
that 14 years of Tory government began. Those have been miserable years of
austerity for all local government. Now we have the prospect of better times
ahead for the people we represent.

July 2024 @Paul_Convery:
Sorry
Clare, I’m not ignoring you. I represent Caledonian ward residents. I’ve helped
in the past and I can help now. But you live in Barnsbury ward and your
daughter is in Finsbury’s Park ward. I’ve forwarded information to Cllrs in
those wards.
